Public transportation is also very convenient with a stop located on Frankford Avenue.

FAQ
To purchase online, visit punchlinephilly.com, ticketmaster.com, or livenation.com. To purchase tickets in person, visit the Punch Line Philly or The Fillmore Philly box office.
Ticketing: For ADA tickets, purchase your tickets as normal through PunchLinePhilly.com or in-person at our box office. If purchasing online, please email us at PunchLinePhilly@LiveNation.com to coordinate accommodations in-advance of the show. Tickets purchased in-person can be noted for accommodations at the time of the transaction.
Unexpected Needs: If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, please email us at PunchLinePhilly@LiveNation.com to coordinate accommodations in-advance of the show. We have a limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
Interpreter Requests: If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
Hearing Assistance: Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 weeks notice. We can be reached via email PunchLinePhilly@LiveNation.com.
Service Animals: Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted. Punch Line Philly requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
Wheelchairs: Our venue is wheelchair-accessible.
Accommodations: Venue bathrooms, bar, and merchandise are accessible.
Doors generally open 45 minutes before the show starts.
The Callback Bar, along with our patio (weather permitting), opens 1 hour prior to doors.
The Punch Line box office opens 1 hour before doors on show nights and is located inside the venue. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

Punch Line Philly is a 21+ venue. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Most of our seating is General Admission and therefore first-come first-served. However, we offer table upgrades for an additional fee to certain performances. Please contact the box office for more details.
Feel free to bring your camera to take pictures before and/or after the show. There is absolutely NO photography or video during the show. An announcement will be made when it is time to put your cameras and cell phones away. Any violation of this rule results in expulsion from the venue with no exceptions.
We encourage you to review our safety and security information below prior to arriving at the venue.
- Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the venue.
- Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or walk through metal detection and/or pat-downs) to ensure that none of the restricted items enters the building.
- We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home.
- You may be asked to empty your pockets of all items so that they can be examined.
- All alcohol and narcotic laws will be strictly enforced.
- All bags will be searched, and no large bags or backpacks will be allowed.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our Management or Security so we can ensure the best experience possible.
Restricted Items: (Keep in mind priority number 1 is to HAVE FUN! Just please do it without the items listed below)- No Outside Food or Drink Allowed
- No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
- • Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted.
- No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind.
- No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
- No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
- No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
- No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
- No large bags over (10” x 10”), backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota bags
- No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
- This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management
The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and narcotics officers will be working and enforcing all drug related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please come with a smile and be prepared to enjoy a fun filled night of music and dancing.
Safety and MedicalLive Nation is dedicated to providing a safe environment. Public and private security will be present throughout the entire event. The Security Staff will be available to assist your needs including any medical requests.
